What it checks
Expiry
The exact date and the days left, read from the certificate the server sends.
Browser trust
A second, strict handshake shows whether browsers would warn: expired, self-signed, wrong name or a missing intermediate.
Names
Every name the certificate covers, so you can see if www or a subdomain is missing.
Issuer
Who issued it, such as Let's Encrypt, Sectigo or Google Trust Services.
Questions
How do I check when an SSL certificate expires?
Enter the domain above. The expiry date and the days left are read from the certificate the server sends.
Why is a certificate "not trusted"?
It is expired, self-signed, issued for another name, or the server does not send the intermediate certificate.
Can I get a warning before it expires?
Yes. Monitor the site and we email you 14 days, 3 days and on the day it expires.
Check it every minute, not once
